Circle K History

Circle K Construction had its early beginning as a fencing and welding company. Today, it has grown to a multimillion-dollar company.  Circle K Construction, LLC was officially formed in July, 2011, when the company expanded and began providing hauling and dirt work construction services. By 2012, operations were expanded to include the South Texas oilfield and soon, Circle K became one of the major subcontractors in the oilfield boom. During the boom days, the company provided dump trucks and heavy equipment to assist the oil companies – no job was too big! When the oilfield began declining, Circle K relocated its operations to Bryan, Texas where it continues to grow and diversify.

After relocating, Circle K continued to expand its dirt work division, and now performs work across the state, not only for oil companies, but for large ranches and for private landowners and utility companies. Currently, the company installs large wind farm sites for utility companies, clears rights-of-way, improves private land, digs ponds, creates and improves roadways, and provides other heavy dirt work services. In addition to growing its dirt work division, Circle K Construction has expanded to include vacuum truck services, primarily serving oil companies - large and small.
